Slowly many of us are seeing the economy improve. Perhaps you’re seeing an increased demand for product moving through your warehouse or yard and are finding yourself either short on lift trucks to move the product, or reliant upon units that are displaying their age too frequently with breakdowns and larger needed repairs.

You’d like to purchase new or used equipment but just can’t be certain the time is right, or maybe new equipment just in this year’s budget. You have options that you may not have considered, and we’d like to share those with you know.

Rent: There are plenty of customers currently renting late model Toyota forklifts. The units are reliable, rates are reasonable and the equipment is backed by service included in the price. More, if you do see demand fall off, you simply have the unit picked up and that’s that.

RPO: A rental with the option to purchase the unit at some point during the agreement. Try the equipment out [generally for a longer period than a short term rental], continue to monitor the economy and if you find an ongoing need for the equipment, a portion of your rental payment is applied to the purchase of the piece but you don’t have the commitment of a purchase.

Ask your salesman about our retiring rental trucks, you couldn’t find a better cared for fleet, or a better make of lift. These units are often low hour units well maintained in the shop and field over their three or four year stint in our rental department. There are terrific units coming out of service often, if it’s not available now ask us to keep one on the line for you.
