Three Of Toyota's Top Techs, And They're Ours

Wednesday of last week Toyota Material Handling North America publicized this years recipients of their top accreditation for dealership technicians and technical trainers. We were very pleased to see two our technicians, Max Welter, Craig O'Dowd,  and our technical foreman Eric Nelson receive this honor. All three are major contributors to the high level of service our dealership gives to its customer base, and a large part of our success over the last decade more more. Additionally each has reached this level multiple times with Eric Nelson making the mark two years running now.

Toyota's announcement reads:

As you are aware, each year Toyota Material Handling North America [TMHNA] provides a knowledge test that our Gold Level Technicians are eligible to take.

Eric Nelson - Technical Foreman

This test consists of over 300 questions related to the service and maintenance of our Toyota Lift trucks.
Of the 300 questions each Gold Level technician and TCT is presented with 100 randomly selected questions to answer.

Toyota presents the Platinum Level Master Technician Award & Platinum Level Toyota Certified Trainer Award to the top 10% of those Gold Level Technicians and the top 10% of TCT’s who participated. Each recipient will receive a Platinum Level Certificate and a $350.00 Award Card. In addition, a plaque bearing their Name, Dealer and years of service will be displayed in the Platinum Level display case located at the National Training & Customer Center in Columbus, Indiana.
