As you are aware, each year Toyota Material Handling North America [TMHNA] provides a knowledge test that our Gold Level Technicians are eligible to take.

Of the 300 questions each Gold Level technician and TCT is presented with 100 randomly selected questions to answer.
Toyota presents the Platinum Level Master Technician Award & Platinum Level Toyota Certified Trainer Award to the top 10% of those Gold Level Technicians and the top 10% of TCT’s who participated. Each recipient will receive a Platinum Level Certificate and a $350.00 Award Card. In addition, a plaque bearing their Name, Dealer and years of service will be displayed in the Platinum Level display case located at the National Training & Customer Center in Columbus, Indiana.
Toyota Material Handling U.S.A. is proud to announce the Platinum Award Class for 2012.
